Merchandise Returns

Most magic shops have a 'no returns' policy. This practice is traditional in the magic business because such a large part of the value of an illusion is the secret behind the trick, that once you accept delivery on the illusion, the inside knowledge you gain cannot be returned. We follow that practice as well, with a couple of meaningful exceptions.

Manufacturer Defects--In the event that an illusion, trick, or supply item is faulty or incomplete, we encourage you to return it to us for a replacement. On the Returns Page of our web site, you can print out a return label for your convenience. Please contact us via e-mail or by phone prior to shipping us any return merchandise, or we cannot guarantee proper handling. For illusions that come with a manufacturer's warranty, you may, at your discretion, deal directly with the manufacturer as described in the warranty materials provided with the illusion, or we will be glad to help when we can at Fun Street Magic.

Products shipped in error--If we make a mistake, we'll make it right. If you receive a product through our error, we will make it right at no expense to you. It's only right!
